The company / A wider perspective

One property.
A world of disciplines.

Exceptional real estate brings together more than a listing. There is the architecture, the choice of materials, the way a space feels and the story that helps someone understand its value.

Beyder&Co. connects a boutique luxury brokerage with design/build and surfaces. For an intern, that offers a broader view of the business: how a physical property becomes a creative brief, a marketing strategy and a client experience.

The property.
The positioning.

Explore how market context and a property's distinctive qualities inform its story, presentation and audience.

Explore Realty

The idea.
The built experience.

See how design intent and the realities of building shape a property, and how those decisions can be communicated.

Explore Design | Build

The materials.
The finer details.

Discover why material choices matter to the character of a space and to the visual language used to present it.

Explore Surfaces

The company offers the context. The scope of each internship is discussed individually.

01 / The experience

Work with purpose.
Learn by contributing.

The opportunity is to learn from a company doing the work: how it frames a problem, develops an idea and puts a finished piece into context. Bring a willingness to experiment and a serious interest in understanding the decisions behind the result.

How the work could support your curriculum and the student’s interests.

02

Placement structure

Schedule, supervision, feedback and any documentation your school needs.

03

An official internship letter

Beyder&Co. provides a letter documenting the internship experience. The college decides whether it qualifies for academic credit.

05 / A few details

Before you
reach out.

What kind of work should I include in my portfolio?

Share content, video or creative work that shows how you think. Include a short explanation of your contribution and what you learned. Class projects and personal projects can help tell that story.

Do I need to be an AI expert?

We are looking for someone who is AI-forward: already exploring the tools and curious about applying them in a real business. Show us what you have tried and what you would like to learn next. Your thinking matters as much as the finished output.

Can the internship count toward academic credit?

You will receive an official Beyder&Co. letter documenting your internship experience, which you may present to your college. Credit is not guaranteed: your college decides whether the experience meets its requirements. Speak with your coordinator before beginning if credit is important to your plans.

Is this a paid internship?

No. This is an unpaid internship focused on learning and experience inside a boutique luxury real estate company. The opportunity includes practical exposure to the work and an official letter documenting your internship.

Is there an application deadline?

There is no application deadline. You can reach out when you are ready. Include your availability so we can discuss the fit and current opportunities.

What are the hours, duration and work location?

These details are discussed individually. Share your availability and any school requirements when you reach out. Beyder&Co. is based in Closter, New Jersey; confirm the work arrangement, schedule and eligibility requirements with the team before a placement begins.

How do I apply or refer a student?

Students can email a résumé, a short statement of interest and a portfolio to info@beyderco.com. Educators can use the school partnership inquiry to discuss program requirements before making a referral.

06 / Your next step
