Igor Beyder is the founder and CEO of Beyder&Co. and Broker of Record for Beyder&Co. Realty, headquartered in Closter, New Jersey.
Across the life of a property
His more than 25 years in real estate span residential brokerage, construction, development, financing, and integrated marketing. Before founding the brokerage, he managed a private real estate investment trust and founded a New Jersey mortgage bank.
He is also a co-inventor on two granted U.S. patents — including US 9,388,996, an air-curtain HVAC system — technology he developed and later sold.
That experience informs a practice in which the property decision, the design brief, and the material specification can be considered together.
Personal, considered guidance
His work centers on Bergen County and Northern New Jersey, combining local market knowledge with relationships across buyers, sellers, and industry partners. He speaks English and Russian.
Each engagement begins with the client's goals: a sale, a property search, a renovation, or a new build. The work follows from that conversation.

Igor Beyder holds a New Jersey real estate broker licence, NJ License Ref. #1539427, issued by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission, and is the Broker of Record of Beyder and Company Realty LLC (NJ Ref. #1864868).
