The Cresskill Public Schools welcome students in pre-Kindergarten through twelfth grade. Edward H. Bryan School and Merritt Memorial School are Cresskill’s elementary schools serving Pre-K to 5th grade. Cresskill Middle School educates students in grades 6-8, and Cresskill High School educates students in grades 9-12. According to the Washington Post, Cresskill High School was ranked #1 in the county and 8th in the state for the 2012-2013 school year. Cresskill prides itself in their education programs for special needs students which currently meet the needs of our special education population from preschool to age 21.

NJ Transit 166 bus route provides service to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Midtown Manhattan, and local service is available on the 753 route.

Rockland Coaches routes 14 and 20/20T provide service to Midtown Manhattan.

Saddle River Tours / Ameribus provides rush hour service to the George Washington Bridge Bus Station on the 20/84 route.
